This heating controller has a standard 120V household style plug on one side, and a 2" tri-clamp connection heating element on the other, so that you can modulate the heat going into your distilling or brewing boiler from 0-100%. The heating element is stainless steel so that it is as resistant to an acidic mash or brewing wort.

Moonshine Distiller was launched in 2012 in the heart of the Rocky Mountains by a homebrewer turned distiller who was bothered by how hard it was to start distilling. The main problems seemed to be the initial cost of equipment, lack of beginner-friendly kits, legality, and tons of inconsistent information available across the Internet. Here at Moonshine Distiller, we hope to start solving these problems: -Our equipment is stainless steel, providing a less expensive and more durable alternative to the fancy copper stills commercially available. -You can browse our extensive selection of complete equipment and ingredient kits, as well as an extensive inventory, created to make life easier for distillers of all experience levels. -We filmed and released instructional videos that describe how to distil and how to use each of our products. -We plan to start petitioning local and state governments to change legislation on distilling.
