  Working principle:

 The internal heat generator of the PTC heater is a positive temperature coefficient thermistor, whose resistance value shows a stepwise increase with the rise of the temperature of the PTC thermistor body, and the higher the temperature, the greater the resistance value.

1. It can be directly connected to the rated voltage, both AC and DC, without positive and negative poles.
2. Take the 12V heating plate as an example, it can be connected to AC and DC 12V, and the power supply current must be greater than the maximum heating current of the heating plate, otherwise the heating plate cannot be brought.
  About power:
1. After the PTC heating element is energized, the power is reduced from small to large and then to small, and finally stabilized. The stable power is directly related to the heat dissipation, the heat dissipation is fast, and the power consumption is also large. Our target is the maximum dissipation power, and the actual power used is less than the maximum dissipation power.
2. It is strictly forbidden to use it in corrosive, flammable and explosive occasions, it is strictly forbidden to put it into water, it is strictly forbidden to knock it, and it is strictly forbidden to open holes.
3. Multiple heating pads with the same voltage can be connected in parallel, and multiple heating pads can be installed side by side. The heating pads cannot be installed overlapping each other, otherwise the heat will be offset.
4. Multiple heating pieces should be used together in parallel. The more heating pieces, the higher the power.
5. The reduction of the power supply voltage will make the heating time longer and the power smaller, but the temperature is basically constant (the temperature drops slightly).   Notice: 1, the power of PTC products and heat dissipation conditions! The better the heat dissipation, the higher the power.
2, the maximum power is the heating plate on both sides at the same time in extremely good conditions of heat dissipation. If the heating plate only one-sided contact with the object, the maximum power is directly reduced to half.
3, dry burning power is the heating plate hanging in the air when nothing feels the power of natural heat dissipation.
4, we marked the rated temperature is the dry burning surface temperature of the heating plate, that is, our heating plate does not feel any object hanging in the air when the surface temperature.
